The short version. This website sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. We do not track you, profile you, or sell anything about you to anyone.
We only hold personal information if you type it into the enquiry form and press send. If you want that deleted, email us and it will be, the same week.
Who we are

What we collect
If you send an enquiry
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, and a description of what you need. It also records the services, budget range and timeline you select. We use that solely to answer you and, if we end up working together, to write a proposal. Nothing more.
If you use the website audit tool
The audit asks for a web address. That address is sent to Google's PageSpeed Insights API, which loads and tests the page, and the results are shown back to you in your browser. We do not store the address you type or the result. Neither is recorded on our side at all. Google may log the request under its own privacy policy.
Server logs
Our host keeps standard access logs — IP address, browser type, page requested, timestamp — for security and to keep the site running. We do not use these to identify individuals.
What we do not collect
- No cookies. This site sets none, of any kind.
- No local storage. Nothing is written to your device.
- No advertising or tracking pixels. No Meta pixel, no ad retargeting.
- No profiling and no automated decision-making.
- No selling or sharing of your data with anyone for marketing purposes.
If we later add website analytics, this page will be updated before it goes live, and we will use a tool that does not require cookies or a consent banner.
Who else touches your data
We use a small number of third parties to run this site. Each has its own privacy policy.
- Formspree — receives and forwards enquiry form submissions.
- Google Fonts — typefaces are loaded from Google's servers, which means your IP address is visible to Google when the page loads. If you would rather that did not happen, the fonts can be self-hosted on request.
- Google PageSpeed Insights API — runs the audit, as described above.
- Cloudflare — hosts and serves the site.
Links to Instagram and LinkedIn are ordinary links. Nothing is loaded from those platforms unless you click through.
Where your data goes
The providers above operate internationally, so an enquiry you send may be processed outside your own country. They each maintain their own safeguards for international transfers. We do not move your data anywhere else.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for [e.g. 24 months] so that we can pick up a conversation where it left off, then deleted. If we work together, project correspondence and records are kept for as long as our contract and local tax law require.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to how we use it, or to receive a copy. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
You do not need a form or a legal reason. Email [email protected] and we will act on it within [30 days].
Children
This site is for businesses. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be obvious, not buried.
